About Us
Folan Ranch is located right in the heart of traditional South Dakota pheasant country, about 25 miles west of Mitchell, SD. Folan Ranch was established in 1903 and has been set up for pheasant hunting success by the second generation guide. Your guide will set your group up to best hunt the land and have everyone smiling and happy at the end of the hunt. Throw in the clean, comfortable lodging, and home-cooked meals and the trip to Folan Ranch will create memories and stories to be told for years to come. Owner and guide Bill will work hard to ensure your trip there is a great one!

Over 2,000 acres of corn, milo, CRP, shelterbelts, sloughs and draws
Game Offered
Pheasant: $375/day/person includes guide with dogs, lodging, all meals, and transportation to and from the field. After November 20th, the same package is $300/person/day.
Archery Deer: Hunt prime “East River” farmground for white-tail deer; the tag is a guaranteed draw.

Lodging:
Clean, comfortable deluxe lodging is included on site. Lodge sleeps up to 10 and arrangements can be made for more.
Meals:
Home-cooked and/or locally catered meals are included in your hunting package.

To and from the field.
